Now it has carried out mass production in rod 1 line 2 line and rod 3 line, realizing the reduction of alloy cost of 68 yuan/ton.
After several rounds of preliminary process tests, the φ8-12mm specification vanadium-free process trial production and vanadium reduction process batch production have been completed. According to the preliminary test results and combined with the production organization requirements, the current batch production according to the vanadium reduction process, and the rolling speed of φ8-φ12mm is increased by 4m/s compared with that before the transformation, realizing the alloy cost reduction of 21 yuan/ton. In August, HRB400E with φ8mm and φ10mm specifications was carried out in the high line of manganese reduction process optimization test, the margin of each performance index is moderate, the follow-up will continue to promote the high line of HRB400E disk screw manganese reduction process trial production, and strive to fully realize the high line and high line of HRB400E disk screw manganese reduction process mass production, further reduce production costs.
